Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders placed under the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address, or those suspected of being placed by resellers or distributors. If we need to modify or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Payment Authorization & Currency

All payments must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed. If authorization fails (for example, due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or suspected fraud), your order may be declined. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

For all other customers, Dutch law (Netherlands) applies. Courts in your region (or, where applicable, the Netherlands) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
