By placing an order on www.amoura-home.com, you agree to these Billing Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms are written for customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion (including multiple orders using the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address, or orders suspected to be for resale). If we modify or cancel your order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Payment Authorisation, Currency & Pricing
All payments must be authorised by your bank or provider before an order is confirmed. If authorisation fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds, security checks), your order may be declined. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). For convenience, we may show estimated local currency values; your statement will reflect the charge currency and any bank conversion fees.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover where available), digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay and Klarna (subject to eligibility and availability in your region). By selecting any instalment/“pay later” option, you agree to your provider’s terms, credit checks, fees, and privacy practices.

Your Billing Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing details (full name, billing address, email, and payment information) and to promptly update them if they change. Failure to update may lead to delays, holds, or order cancellation.
Authorisation Holds & Partial Charges
When you place an order, your bank may show a temporary authorisation hold. If your order ships in multiple parcels, charges may be captured separately as items dispatch. If an item is cancelled before capture, any hold related to that item will be released by your bank (timing varies by provider).
Order Confirmation & Receipts
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation (with tracking) follows when your order is dispatched. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Fraud Prevention & Security Checks
To protect customers and our business, transactions may be monitored by our payment partners and subject to automated/manual reviews. We may place a temporary hold or cancel any order flagged for suspicious activity until validation is complete.
Refunds & Billing Discrepancies
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after approval; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post funds. If you see a billing discrepancy or unauthorised charge, contact support@amoura-home.com within 7 business days of the transaction so we can investigate.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If something isn’t right, please contact us first—we can usually resolve issues faster than a formal dispute. If a chargeback is filed, we’ll provide documentation to your bank based on our order, tracking, and communication records.
Taxes, Duties & Imports (Summary)
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders generally ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Local taxes, duties, or courier handling/brokerage fees may apply (particularly in Australia). Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For customers in the United States, England & Wales (United Kingdom), and Australia, these terms are governed by the laws of your region (US federal/state law as applicable; laws of England & Wales for UK; laws of Australia for AU). Courts in your region have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights. For all other customers, Dutch law (Netherlands) applies and Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
