Orders & Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Every order ships free of charge.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Transit time takes 3–6 business days, for a total estimated delivery window of 4–8 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once shipped.
No — shipping is always free on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.

Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for any valid reason such as change of mind or dissatisfaction. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition with all tags attached.
Contact support@amoura-home.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Please do not send returns to our company address without prior approval.
For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping (typically $6–$10 depending on carrier). If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll provide a free prepaid label or replacement.
