We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States (contiguous 48 states).
There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or shipping costs at checkout.

All delivery timeframes in this policy refer to business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays within the United States.

Every order is processed with care and shipped as soon as possible once payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET are typically processed the same or next business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or national holidays, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for handling.


Free Shipping — Always Included

Shipping is completely free on all orders within the contiguous United States — no minimum spend and no handling fees.

  • Shipping costs are not calculated at checkout.

  • No extra fees for packaging, processing, or delivery.

  • We currently do not offer expedited or paid shipping options — all deliveries are made via free standard shipping.


Carriers & Delivery Partners

We work exclusively with trusted national couriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

Your package will automatically be assigned to the most efficient carrier and route based on your delivery location, order size, and parcel characteristics.


Fulfillment & Dispatch

All orders are shipped from our managed U.S. distribution network to optimize speed and reliability.

Depending on product size, weight, or availability:

  • Your order may ship in multiple parcels, or

  • Items may be combined into one shipment if fulfilled from the same warehouse.

Each package includes a unique tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Tracking Information

When your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email confirmation containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct tracking link to monitor delivery in real time

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours after dispatch to appear.

  • Tracking scans are controlled by the carrier, and brief pauses may occur while your parcel moves between facilities.

If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact support@amoura-home.com so we can assist you.

  • Transit: 3–6 Business Days

  • Total Delivery Window: 4–8 Business Days

Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier network.
Addresses in remote or rural areas may require slightly longer transit times.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Details

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order — including apartment, suite, or unit numbers where applicable.
Amoura Home is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact support@amoura-home.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

PO Boxes:
We can deliver to PO Boxes via USPS. If your assigned carrier does not support PO Box delivery, we will contact you for an alternative address.

Delivery Confirmation:
All packages include tracking and delivery confirmation. A signature may be required for high-value orders at the carrier’s discretion.


Taxes & Fees

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable U.S. sales taxes (where required by law).
Orders shipped within the United States will not incur customs duties, import fees, or brokerage charges.


Delays & Unexpected Circumstances

While we always strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather, natural events, or local emergencies

  • Carrier network or facility disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Seasonal order surges (e.g., major holidays)

If your order appears delayed or you have not received it within 8 business days after shipment, please contact support@amoura-home.com, and our team will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect address,

  • Delivery refusal, or

  • Failure to claim the parcel from the carrier,

the package may be returned to sender. Once received back in our facility, we can either:

  1. Re-ship the order (no additional charge), or

  2. Issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided the item is unused and in original condition.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days of receipt.

Email support@amoura-home.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Our customer support team will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or refused by the recipient, a refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
We can re-ship the order upon request at no extra cost.
