At Amoura Home, every piece we curate is chosen with care — designed to elevate your home and bring comfort, beauty, and warmth to your living space.
However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your home. That’s why our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-first, while ensuring the integrity and quality of our home decor products.

All timeframes in this policy refer to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.


1. Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items purchased through our store.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • They must include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and protective materials.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or confirmation email.

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our support team and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The product does not match your expectations.

  • You received the wrong item or color.

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete.

  • You changed your mind (within 30 days of delivery).

We want you to love your home decor, and we’ll make every effort to ensure your return experience is smooth and worry-free.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain home decor products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
These include:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (as indicated on the product page)

  • Bedding, pillows, or fabric-based home textiles that have been unsealed or used

  • Lighting fixtures that have been installed or show signs of use

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or defective on arrival)

3. How to Start a Return

We’ve made the process easy:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email support@amoura-home.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Approval:
    Our customer care team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Pack Carefully:
    To ensure your return arrives safely, pack the item in its original box and protective materials whenever possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and the RMA number inside.

  4. Ship Your Return:

  5. Keep Your Tracking Number:
    Hold onto your return shipping receipt and tracking information until your refund or exchange has been completed.

⚠️ Please do not send returns to our registered company address unless instructed by our team. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent, fair return policies.

  • For returns due to change of mind, size, or color, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    Average estimated cost (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx): $10–$25, depending on weight and location.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Amoura Home will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
    In some cases, you may not need to return the item at all — our team will advise you during the process.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our fulfillment center, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue

  • The shipping label and packaging

Once verified, we will promptly arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A replacement,

  • A repair, or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label if a return is necessary.


6. Exchanges

To receive a different size, style, or product faster, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

If you prefer, we can also process a direct exchange once your return is received and inspected.


7. Order Cancellations

We offer a 4-hour cancellation window after purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@amoura-home.com within 4 hours.

After that period, most orders enter processing and may no longer be canceled.
You can still return your item within 30 days of delivery under the standard policy.


8. Return Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives, it will go through a quality inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • Inspection Time: 3–5 business days after arrival

  • Approval Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once approved

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund Processing: Typically completed within 7 business days after inspection

Please note: Banks and payment processors may require additional time to post funds back to your account.

If an item is returned used, incomplete, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied. You’ll be notified if this occurs.


9. Unauthorized or Failed Returns

Returns sent without authorization, to the wrong address, or via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refused.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, we can either:

  1. Re-ship your order (additional postage may apply), or

  2. Issue a refund once the item is received and inspected.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider — posting times vary.

  2. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@amoura-home.com and we’ll assist immediately.


11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under U.S. consumer protection law.
Where local regulations provide longer return windows or additional remedies, those rights will apply.
